卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中VEGF与P53的表达

摘要 目的:探讨卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)及P53蛋白的表达。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法和形态定量学方法,检测卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织(良性囊腺瘤17例,交界性肿瘤15例,恶性肿瘤29例)中VEGF和P53蛋白的表达,并测定其积分光密度(IOD)和平均光密度(MOD)。结果:良性、交界性及恶性肿瘤组织中VEGF的IOD和MOD值分别为213.6±94.8和0.19±0.07、419.4±71.6和0.26±0.08、667.2±32.9和0.41±0.03,P53蛋白表达的IOD和MOD值分别为164.2±44.8和0.17±0.04、521.3±57.1和0.24±0.07、872.2±37.4和0.41±0.04,良性肿瘤分别与交界性肿瘤和恶性肿瘤相比,IOD和MOD值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或0.05)。且VEGF与P53表达呈正相关(rs=6.24,P<0.05)。结论:卵巢上皮性肿瘤的发展中VEGF起重要作用,P53蛋白可能参与卵巢肿瘤的血管生成调节。 Aim: To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and P53 protein in ovarian epithelial tumor (OET) tissue. Methods: SP immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the level of VEGF antigen and P53 protein in OET tissues (17 cases of benign tumor,15 cases of borderline tumor,and 29 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma). The integral optical density (IOD) and the mean optical density (MOD) were measured. Results: The IOD and MOD of VEGF and P53 expressions increased in sequence of benign tumor, borderline tumor,and ovarian epithelial carcinoma,and there were significant differences among them (P<0.01 or 0.05).There was positive correlation between VEGF and P53 expression(r_S=6.24,P<0.05). Conclusion: VEGF may play an important role in the development of OET. P53 protein may paticipate in the adjustment to angiogenesis of OET.
