摘要
以拟南芥芯片杂交分析中发现的一个低磷条件下诱导的钙调蛋白类基因AtPsiCaM为研究对象,通过RNA干涉使该基因沉默,获得AtPsiCaM基因的转基因干涉植株,以期对该基因进行进一步的功能研究。
A calmodulin gene-AtPsiCaM (Arabidopsis Pi-starvation induced CaM)induced by phosphate stavation which was found in gene chip analysis was studied.The mechanism of a new phenomenon- genetic interference directed by double-stranded RNA was first applied in AtPsiCaM gene study and leads to post-transcriptional gene silencing. Obtaining AtPsiCaM transgenic plants will be propitious to study on this gene function.
