Etablishing Civil Politics: the Strategies of the Collective Actions of Urban House Owners and the Logic of Their Actions

在各种规则和秩序重新定义和建构的社会转型期,反映国家与社会关系新变化的城市住宅区业主和业委会及物业管理公司的新型关系,正在受到理论界的关注。本文从公民政治社会生活的视角,针对住宅区各行为主体间的利益冲突,讨论城市业主如何通过集体行动的策略,维护自己合理权益,并努力使其实现最大化等问题。

During the transformation of the society, all kinds of rules and orders are redefined and reconstructured. The theory field there lation between the urban house owners and the household management compaines is concerning. This paper, from the perspective of civil social political life, aiming to the conflicts between subjectivities in districts, discusses how can the owners uphold their resonable rights through the strategies of collective actions and how to make these actions into practice.
