乙型肝炎病毒变异有关几个问题的研究进展

Research Progress in Some Concerned Problems of HBV Variation

近年来, 人们发现乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)出现变异的情况十分多见,对此进行了大量研究,现就HBV变异与乙型肝炎(乙肝)诊断、治疗和预防有关几个问题的研究进展,作一简单介绍。主要涉及HBV血清标记物的意义、HBV感染的自然过程(潜伏期、症状期、清除期、免疫期)、HBV感染的诊断、HBV的基因分型、HBV变异、治疗性乙肝疫苗和HBV准种等的研究。

In recent years,HBV variation has been frequently discovered.Many studies in this field have been conducted.Research progress in several concerned issues in HBV mutation,the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of hepatitis B was briefly introduced,mainly involving the studies on the significance of HBV markers, the natural process of HBV infection(incubation,symptoms,clearance and immune periods),diagnosis of HBV infection,genotype of HBV,therapeutic HB vaccines,as well as HBV quasi-species.
