降脂益肝汤治疗脂肪肝42例

42 Patients with Fatty Liver Treated with Jiangzhiyigan Soup

目的 研究中药方剂降脂益肝汤治疗脂肪肝的临床效果。方法 76例脂肪肝患者随机分成治疗组42例和对照组34例;治疗组服用自拟降脂益肝汤,对照组服用血脂康,均3个月为1疗程。结果 治疗组总有效率为85. 7%,对照组为47. 2% (P<0. 01)。治疗组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)下降值明显高于对照组(P<0. 01)。结论 降脂益肝汤能明显降低血脂,改善肝功能,提高治愈率。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Jiangzhiyigan soup on patients with fatty liver.Method 76 patients with fatty liver were randomly divided into treatment group(n=42) and control group(n=34).The patients in treatment group received Jiangzhiyigan soup for three months.The patients in control group received Xuezhikang capsule for three months.Results The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 85.7% and 47.2% respectively(P<0.01).The serum contents of TC,TG,ALT and AST in treatment group declined more significantly than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Jiangzhiyigan soup can obviously reduce serum lipid,ameliorate liver function,and increase the curative rate.
