摘要 经颅多普勒(TCD)微栓子检测技术为无创性检测手段。由于两种物质的密度差不同,反射声波信号不同,利用此原理检测动脉内微栓子。微栓子主要来自动脉、心脏。临床主要用于检测颈动脉系统脑梗死患者的动脉内微栓子。早期发现微栓子信号,可及时采取预防和治疗措施,减少脑梗死发生。 Detection of intra-arterial microemboli with transcranial Doppler is a non-invasive examination.Different sonic waves are reflected owing to the different density gradient of two kinds of material.Using the principle above,microemboli from artery and heart can be detected. It is mainly applied to detect intra-arterial microemboli in internal carotid artery in patients with cerebral infarction.If microemboli signal are discovered early,preventive and therapeutic measure ments can be taken in time,and the incidence of cerebral infarction can be reduced.
