摘要
介绍两辊式和三辊式机械弯曲除锈原理,给出关键参数如辊子直径、牵引力等的设计计算方法。辊子直径要保证低碳钢丝延伸率为6%~8%,高碳钢的延伸率为3%~5%。在除锈机后安装精除锈装置,去除氧化皮效果更好。
To introduce the principle of two rollers and three rollers mechanically eliminating rust. Design and calculation method of the key parameter such as the diameter of roller and pulling force are given. The diameter of roller ensures that specific elongation of low carbon steel wire is from 6 percent to 8 percent and that of high carbon steel wire is from 3 percent to 5 percent. The effect of scale removal is better when fine eliminating rust equipment is set after mechanically eliminating rust parts.
