摘要
介绍国内外钢筋焊接网发展过程。在国内现有生产线的基础上,借鉴国外先进生产线的优点,研究并设计出由矫直机组、焊接机组、剪网机组、出网机组组成的新型连续式焊接网设备。通过试验探讨焊接时间、焊接电流强度和电极压力之间的关系,提供7种规格焊网的焊接工艺参数。
To introduce the development course of welded reinforcing mesh at home and abroad. New continuous welded reinforcing mesh equipment which is made up of straightening unit, welding unit, mesh cutting unit and mesh leaving unit is researched and designed by using the advantages of advanced production line abroad for reference on the basis of the line in existence at home. The relationships between welding time and electric current and electrode pressure are discussed. The process parameters of seven kinds of specification welded reinforcing mesh are provided.
