评论:Ⅰ型谷氨酸代谢型受体拮抗剂AIDA的神经保护作用

摘要 在哺乳动物中枢神经系统中,L-谷氨酸被认为是主要的兴奋信号传导者,与认知、记忆、学习等脑功能有密切关系.脑组织中谷氨酸含量巨大(5~15 mmol/kg),但仅有极少部分存在于细胞外液中.谷氨酸通过相应受体发挥其信号作用,多数神经细胞和胶质细胞在其浆膜上有谷氨酸受体.细胞外液中谷氨酸的浓度决定了受体被刺激的程度.中枢神经系统的兴奋性神经毒性就是由谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸等兴奋性氨基酸通过其受体引起的,谷氨酸的浓度过高就具有兴奋毒性,同样受体过度兴奋也是有害的.
