白内障超声乳化术后角膜水肿240例

Corneal edema after cataract pha-coemulsification in 240 cases

目的:分析白内障超声乳化吸出术后角膜水肿的相关因素。方法:对240例280眼白内障患者术后角膜水肿与年龄、核硬度、眼部及全身并发症、消毒剂等的关系作一讨论。结果:280眼中术后角膜水肿32眼,Ⅲ～Ⅳ级核发生率为38.1%,80岁以上发生率为50.0%,并发眼部疾病患者为38.1%,糖尿病并发白内障患者为15.8%,2000/2002年角膜水肿发生率为8.0%,2003年为16.1%。结论:白内障术后角膜水肿发生率与年龄、核硬度、并发眼部疾病等成正相关,消毒剂在器械上的残留也使发生率增加,一些全身并发症不会增加角膜水肿发生率。

· AIM: To analyzes the correlative factors of the corneal edema after cataract phacoemulsification.· METHODS: The relation between the corneal edema and age, rigidity of lens nucleus, complications and disinfectant in 240 cases (280 eyes) were studied.· RESULTS: There were 32 eyes of corneal edema in 280 eyes. The incidence of Ⅲ-Ⅳ level of lens nucleus was 38.1%, of patients older than 80 was 50%, of patients who had other ocular complications was 38.1%, of patients with diabetes and cataract was 15.8%. The incidence of corneal edema was 8.0% during 2000-2002 and 16.1% in 2003.· CONCLUSION: There is positive correlation between the corneal edema and age,rigidity of lens nucleus and eye complications. The disinfectant that remains on the instruments will also increase the incidence. Some systemic disease will not increase the incidence of corneal edema.·
