摘要
对山东省参加新课程培训的小学体育教师素质现状进行了调查分析。结果表明,参与新课程改革培训的山东省小学体育教师素质存在明显的东西差异、城乡差异和年龄差异,且素质普遍偏低。调查发现,领导的重视以及体育教师自觉提高自身素质的行动是推动基础教育课程改革顺利进行的关键。
The authors investigated and analyzed current quality status of primary school PE teachers participating in the new curriculum training in Shandong Province, and revealed the following findings: the quality of primary school PE teachers participating in the new curriculum training in Shandong province presents an obvious discrepancy in terms of east region and west region, city and village, as well as young and old, and the quality is commonly on the low side; leader's attention as well as PE teachers' action to enhance their own quality consciously are the keys to promote the reform of basic education curriculum being carried out smoothly.
