On the Innovation of the Idea of Management of Governments

政府管理创新离不开管理理念的创新。管理理念直接影响到管理模式、管理制度等方面的设计。政府应该遵循公共利益至上、以人为本、科学发展、依法行政等原则,在创建有限政府、法制政府、服务政府、高效政府等方面实现管理理念创新。

Governments’innovation of management relies on the innovation of the idea of management. The idea of management can directly influence the design of management patterns and management systems. Government should achieve innovation of the idea of management in aspects of creating a government of limited liability, of rule of law, of service and of high efficiency based on the principles of putting public interest in the first place, of serving the needs of the population, of scientific development, and of administering by law.
