介绍了组态软件的一般原理及压铸机的一些重要的控制参数,确定了软件需要完成的功能,通过设计相应的硬件电路和编制组态软件,实现了组态软件对压铸机系统的控制。
The general principle of the configuration software and important control parameters of die-casting machine have been introduced with confirmation of the function needed to be finished by software.The control of the die-casting machine system by the configuration software has been realized through design of the corresponding hardware circuit and programming of the configuration software.
