摘要
在分析传统的高速带锯、车床切断和另外几种新型剪切方法存在的下料质量差、能耗大等问题的基础上,明确指出采用低应力变频振动下料系统的必要性。介绍一种新型开槽机的送料系统,建立了新的电液比例控制,研究了最佳送料速度的变化规律,分别采用普通PI及模糊PI控制方法,对送料长度的精确性进行了研究。
The necessity of adopting the frequency conversion vibratory cropping system with low stress has been explicitly pointed out based upon analysis of the poor quality and big energy expense existence in traditional high speed strap saw,lathe cutting and some other new ways available in cropping.A new type of feeding system for slotting machine has been introduced.A new electric-hydraulic proportional control system has been set up for slotting machine and the length accuracy of feeding material been studied by adopting common PI control method and fuzzy PI control method.
