摘要
铬青铜热反挤压过程中,凸模锥角、断面缩减率以及温度是对挤压力产生影响的几个重要因素。本文利用采集到的实验数据建立了BP神经网络模型,对挤压力进行预测。结果表明该方法性能较好,可以作为预测的一种有效手段。
In process of QCr0.5 hot inverted extrusion,hollow angle,the ratio of aera reduction,temperature are the important factors which impact the press.A BP neural network model has been built by use of the experiment data to predict the pressure,resulting in a rather satisfactory method to be used as a good prediction model.
