摘要
用标准拉哥朗日运动学描述径向锻造过程中的数字模拟,需花费大量的时间和精力去计算。依据通用过程是按照相似的周期运转,所以只需依参考坐标进行一个回程分析即可的道理,我们在所参考的坐标范围内,将温度变化值在总成形后根据材料的状态进行了复合,得到了一个完整的数学程序。文中的三维工业锻造成形中的计算时间将比标准方法减少近100倍。
Digital simulation of radial forging using standard Lagrange's kinematics will need much time and energy for calculation which can be obtained by one return analysis using reference coordinates because that general process will run with similar cycle.A complete mathematics programme has been obtained by compounding the temperature varieties within the reference range according to the states of formed material after final forming. The calculating time for 3D industrial forging forming has been reduced by near 100 times than the standard method.
