摘要
讨论了冲压方向的特征图法,并在UG/OPEN环境下对此方法进行了开发。所开发模块可以实现冲压方向的最大角度显示、闭角的查找及位置标示以及冲压方向调节;能针对零件、拉延件以及后续成形类工序件(再次成形、整形、翻边等)的冲压方向进行分析。实例表明该方法能快速、合理地辅助冲压方向的确定。
A method of feature-figure for tipping of stamping direction of sheet forming has been discussed with a developed program module in UG/OPEN environment, which by means of displaying maximum angle related to the press direction,searching the die lock areas and showing their positions,and aiding the tipping of the stamping direction,can be used to analyze the stamping direction of part and its process model in the forming process of drawing, restriking,flanging operation etc.The cases' application showed that this program module was an effective digitizing tool for stamping process.?
