摘要
针对粉状MAP需求旺盛,各厂都对原生产装置挖潜改造、扩能翻番,就现有100kt/a粉状MAP装置的浓缩系统改造为200kt/a的料浆浓缩系统,提出了两效三体的料浆浓缩技术方案。通过对蒸发水量计算,认为只需增设一套原100kt/a料浆浓缩系统的蒸发循环回路,就可达到产量翻番,实现投资省、工程量小的要求。
In response to increasing demand for powder MAP,the manufacturers are revamping and expanding the existing production facilities.The two-effect three-body slurry concentration technical scheme is proposed to double the existing 100 kt/a powder MAP plant to 200 kt/a.The calculation of water evaporation quantity indicates that the production capacity can be doubled simply by adding one evaporation recirculation loop in the existing 100 kt/a slurry concentration system,which will save investment and requires a small amount of engineering work.
