摘要
钟摆钻具、满眼钻具、偏心钻具等防斜钻具组合在特定的条件下起到了一定的防斜作用,但其防斜效果受钻井操作参数的影响较大,有时不得不降低钻进速度以求得到较小的井斜率。为了解决上述问题,设计了FG新型复合式高效防斜工具。FG型防斜工具的显著特点是其防斜效果受钻压、转速等钻井参数影响较小,钻头侧向力大小基本不随钻压改变,在旋转过程中钻头侧向力方向可以不断变化。FG型防斜工具可以在正常钻压及转速条件下钻进,并将井斜控制在较小的范围之内。理论研究和算例分析表明,FG型防斜工具具有良好的防斜效果。
Most conventional anti-deviation devices have inherent limitations, and their anti-deviation effects are greatly affected by drilling parameters such as bit weight and rotary speed. In order to overcome these limitations, a new type FG anti-deviation device was designed. The bit side force of FG type anti-deviation device is almost never affected by drilling parameters, and the direction of bit side force continuously vary while drill string is rotating. The FG type anti-deviation device can operate under the normal bit weight and rotary speed. The theoretical analysis and case history proved the feasibility of this device.
