摘要 分析了油田注水系统效率低、能耗较高的主要原因。以注水能耗最小为目标函数,以系统水力平衡、注水量和注水压力为约束条件,建立了油田注水系统运行方案优化数学模型。该模型是带有离散变量和连续变量的混合优化设计模型。根据模型的结构特点,提出了混合遗传算法的求解策略,给出了染色体选择、交叉和变异方式,编制了相应的计算机软件。运用该方法对某油田高压注水系统运行方案进行了优化计算,取得了良好的经济效益。 The reasons of low efficiency and high energy consumption in water injection system of oilfield were analyzed. Taking the minimum of injection energy consumption as the objective function and taking the hydraulic equilibrium of the system, injection rate and injection pressure as the constrained conditions, a mathematic model for optimization of operation plan for oilfield's injection system was constructed. The model is concerned to a hybrid optimization design problem with disperse and continuous variables. According to the structural characteristics of the model, a method for solving the hybrid genetic algorithm was worked out. The selection, intercross and variation modes of chromosome were put forward, and the correlative software was also programmed. This method was applied to the optimization of operation plan for high-pressure injection system of an oilfield. A great economic benefit has been gained.
