摘要
研究了红豆杉细胞在转盘式反应器中的高密度培养,并与摇瓶培养进行了比较,结果表明:转盘式反应器可以在高密度条件下进行红豆杉细胞的培养,并明显提高紫杉醇生成率,获得较高的细胞产率。在稀释率为0.05d-1条件下,最高紫杉醇含量达到14.4mg/L。
Taxus chinesis var cell was cultured in both rotating bio-disc reactor and shake flask with high density. The result shew: In rotating bio-disc reactor the biomass and concentration of taxol was more higher than that in shake flask. In rotating bio-disc reactors, the concentration of taxol was 14.4 mg/ L with sucrose feeding rate of 0.05 d-1 dilution.
