摘要
高炉喷煤速率的测量数据中含有随机误差。为了抑制随机误差的影响,得到相对准确的测量结果,采用多项式拟合算法对测量数据进行了平滑处理:根据工艺具体要求选择滑动窗口点数;对拟合方程进行方差分析并在此基础上利用偏拟合平方和的检验确定拟合多项式的最佳阶数。此算法用于喷煤率测量数据处理取得了良好的效果。
The pulverized coal injection rate measurement data is contaminated by lots of random error .The polynomial fitting algorithm is used to smooth it in order to weaken the random error influence and get the comparatively exact measurement result. The moving-window's point number is chosen according to the fieldwork's practical demand. The optional polynomial order is selected through the test of the partial fitting square sum on the basis of the variance analysis of the fitting equation. Good result is obtained after the algorithm is used to process the pulverized coal injection rate measurement data.
