A New Process for Wheat Straw Semi-chemical Pulping

介绍国内某厂200t/d麦草半化学浆的生产工艺。该工艺遵循了连续蒸煮、高浓磨浆、低浓疏解的设计理念,不仅使成浆质量均匀、纸张强度有所提高,且降低了动力消耗,而对成浆采取先挤压、后洗涤的提取工艺,可提高黑液的温度及浓度、浆料洗净度及黑液提取率,并降低了中段水的负荷。

The characteristics of a production line of 200t/d wheat straw semi-chemical pulp in China was introduced. The process design mainly included continuous cooking, high consistency refining and low consistency desintigration, it could ensure the evenness of the quality and strength of the pulp, and reduce the power consumption. On the other hand higher extraction efficiency of the black liquor with higher temperature and higher consistency, higher cleanliness of the washed pulp and lower effluent load were achieved by using the extraction process in which the pulp was extruded and followed by washing.
