摘要
对西方学者的“双因素经济论”和我国学者提出的“劳动者主体论”和“劳动力产权论”作出了深入的剖析,提出应以人力资本理论作为我国职工持股制度的理论;同时,提出我国应把“公正、效率”作为职工持股制度追求的价值理念。
A further analysis about the “double factors economic theory” is made by western scholars as well as the “worker subject theory” and “labor title theory” raised by domestic scholars. The man-powered capital should be regarded as the foundation of the system of stock holding by employees. At the same time, it is found out that “justice and efficiency” is the value idea which this system should trace.
