试图从科学和技术的产生开始,将科技法分为古代科技法、现代科技法和当代科技法三个阶段,注重从当时的社会的科学技术发展背景为依据,从而比较清楚地概括出科技法的产生和发展轨迹。

Starting with the production of science and technology, the scientific and technical law is devided into the three stages of the ancient, modern and contemporary one, more clearly generalizing out the producing and developing orbit trace of scientific and technical law based on the progressing background of the social science and technology at that time.
