摘要 利用透射电镜研究聚合物合金结构形态时需用环氧树脂包埋法或冷冻法制备超薄切片,对于ABS/PC,AAS和AES等含极性基团的聚合物,若用环氧树脂包埋切片,会引入一些球状结构,干扰对形态结构的观察。而用冷冻切片法则可完全避免上述缺点、这对于研究塑料合金具有重要的实用意义。 When you study the morphological structures of polymer alloys with transmission electron microscope, you have to prepare ultra-thin sections by embedding or cryo-sectioning method. Our study shows that if polymers containing polar groups(such as ABS/PC, AAS and AES, etc.)are embedded with EPON 812, an epoxy resin, spherical structure may be introduced in the embedded section of the polymers and disturbbing observation of morphological structure. With cryo-sectioning melhod this defect can be avoided.
