Preliminary Approach to Enamelling Performance of Enamle Slip

本文在实验的基础上!探讨了釉浆涂搪性能与搪瓷釉化学组成,悬浮剂种类及用量,球磨工艺参数等的关系,论述了影响釉浆涂搪性能的最主要因素是搪瓷釉的化学组成,其次是悬浮剂的种类和釉浆的容重。釉粉粒粗细度在一定范围内,对釉浆的涂搪性能影响不大。

This paper on the basis of experiments has approached the relationship of slip enamelling performance with the chemical compositions of enamel,the type and quantity of suspending agent and the mill parameter.It explained that the main factor which has influence on enemalling performance is the chemical compositions of enamel,and then the type of suspending agent and the bulk density of slip.The particle size of enamel powder has no significant effect on enamelling performance in a certain range.
