摘要
以"过程角色理论"为基础,提出了从动态、发展的角度研究父亲角色。主张将父亲与自身的成长环境及当前社会环境联系起来,由此提出了"父亲角色成长"这一概念。阐述了"父亲角色成长"的必要性,并就"如何促进新一代父亲角色成长"提出了自己的建议。
Based on the 'process role theories' , this paper puts forward a proposal to study the role of father from a developing angle, advocating that father should contact his growth environment with current social situation. Furthermore, the conception of 'the growth of father' is also put forward. My paper discusses the necessity of this issue and presents some suggestions about 'how to promote the growth of the new generation father'.
