摘要
198 0年代中期以来,我国一些人竭力主张将《孙子兵法》应用于现代企业管理的经营当中。对此,本文有不 同看法。理由是:整部《孙子兵法》都是围绕“兵者,诡道也”的主题展开的,是一部从头到尾专讲“诡道”的军事学专著,一旦将其引入企业管理领域,市场竞争乃至整个社会经济生活势必会受到许多负面影响,市场经济也势必会蜕变成到处都是假冒伪劣、坑蒙拐骗的“诡道经济”
Since the middle of the 1980's, some Chinese scholars have strongly advocated that “The Art of War by Sunzi” should be applied in our modern Chinese business management, but the author has different views with this idea. The reasons are as bellow: This book entirely centers around about the tricks in war, actualy it is a military book, once it will be introduced into the field of business management, the market competitions even the whol social economic live will be hang over by the “tricks”, the market economy is bound to degenerate into a trick economy with fake and inferior products.
