青海省社会治安综合治理工作法制化问题探析

社会治安综合治理工作经过二十多年的发展,已经形成了相对成熟的固定格局,同时也面临更加复杂的情况 和局面。党的依法执政理念的确立、执政方式的变化以及不断加强执政能力建设的要求,为综合治理工作的进一步发展提供了动力,指明了方向。将社会治安综合治理工作纳入法制化轨道,建立与社会主义市场经济、民主政治相适应的社会管理长效机制。
