摘要
知识经济时代的人力资源管理最重要的发展趋势就是人力资源资本化,人力资本是知识经济的首要资本。实施人才强企战略,创新企业人力资源培训,必须树立员工培训是一种重要的投资方式的理念,建立培训的结构网络,做好培训的需求分析,落实培训项目安排,实现培训种类和方法的多样化,促进培训成果转化。
The capitalization of human resource is the most important development tendency of human resource management in knowledge economic times,and human capital is the chief capital of knowledge economy. To implement talent thriving enterprise strategy and innovate human resource training of enterprise,we must set up the concept that employee training is a kind of important investment way,establish the structural network of training,make the need analysis of training,carry out project arrangement of training,realize the diversification of training kinds and methods,and promote the accomplishment transformation of training.
