虚拟企业是随着网络而出现的一种新的企业组织形式,对虚拟企业的研究可以从很多方面着手,本文主要对虚拟企业中参与企业间的信息交换进行研究,在分析了虚拟企业信息交换的基础上,提出了信息交换模型——合约模型,并采用XML语言对合约模型进行描述.最后,介绍了合约的生命周期.

Virtual enterprises are a new form of enterprises that have emerged with the computer network. Research in them can be conducted from a number of aspects. This paper mainly deals with the contract model of information exchange involving virtual enterprises. On the basis of analysis of information exchange involving virtual enterprises, the paper proposes an information exchange model-the contract model and gives it a detailed description using XML. Finally, the paper introduces the lift-cycle of such a contract.
