摘要
目的:研究粗叶悬钩子对实验性肝损伤的治疗作用。方法:以CCl4 制备小鼠急性肝损伤模型,分别用三种不同浓度的CERA进行干预,观察检测血清ALT、AST和肝匀浆SOD、MDA、NO的含量变化及肝组织病理学变化。结果:CERA能降低CCl4 所致小鼠血清中异常增高的ALT、AST及肝组织中异常增高的MDA、NO的含量,同时升高SOD含量,且能改善肝脏病理损伤。结论:CERA对小鼠实验性肝损伤有一定的治疗作用。抑制CCl4 引起的脂质过氧化反应。
Objective:To study the treating effects of crude extract of Rubus alceaefolius Poir(CERA)on experimental liver injury and probing its partial mechanism. Methods: In haste liver injury models induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl 4)and interfered by CERA of three different dose to observe the change of the serum ALT,AST,hepatic tissue SOD,MDA,NO and the change of pathological tissue slices of liver. Results: CERA can significantly decrease the serum ALT,AST of abnormally high levels induced by CCl 4,increase SOD activity and lower MDA,NO in liver tissue,ameliorate the pathological injure of liver. Conclusion: CERA shows some degree of treating effects on experimental liver injury in rats.Inhibiting lipid peroxide and prohibiting the cytotoxic effect of NO may be its partial mechanism.
