养心Ⅰ号胶囊防治室性心律失常作用及机理的实验研究

Experimencal Study of Yangxin 1 Capsule on the Effect and Mechanism of Preventing Ventricular Arrhythmia

目的:旨在通过动物实验,观察养血调肝,宁心安神之养心Ⅰ号对氯化钡所致室性心律失常的预防作用,及对植物神经功能的调节作用。方法:通过静脉注射氯化钡,观察氯化钡诱发的心律失常持续时间;测定全血乙酰胆碱和血清去甲肾上腺素浓度。结果:大、中剂量的养心Ⅰ号胶囊可缩短氯化钡所致的大鼠心律失常持续时间,同空白组比较有显著性差异;大剂量养心Ⅰ号胶囊合用盐酸普萘洛尔片组对血清去甲肾上腺素的影响较单用盐酸普萘洛尔片组稍好;养心Ⅰ号胶囊对大鼠的全血乙酰胆碱水平的影响同空白对照组及阳性对照组无显著性差异。结论:大、中剂量的养心Ⅰ号胶囊能预防氯化钡诱发的大鼠心律失常,其疗效与盐酸普罗帕酮片组等同;大剂量的养心Ⅰ号胶囊可提高β受体阻滞剂抑制去甲肾上腺素分泌的疗效;养心Ⅰ号胶囊抑制去甲肾上腺素分泌的作用呈剂量递增的趋势。

Objective :The experimental study was carried out to prove the efficacy of YangxinⅠcapsule on the prevention of the ventricular arrhythmia induced by BaCl 2 and the adjustment to the balance of autonomic nerve in rats. Methods :The time of ventricular arrhythmia induced by BaCl 2 in rats was examined and the concentration of plasma acetylcholine and serum norepinephrine was tested. Results :The groups of the large,moderate dose of YangxinⅠ capsule can obviously reduce the time of arrhythmia induced by the BaCl 2;The groups of the large dose of YangxinⅠ capsule and propranolol tablet were better than the group of only propranolol tablet in the index of serum norepinephrine;The groups of the large,moderate,low dose of YangxinⅠ capsule were not different in comparing with the groups of the control and positive in index of HRV and plasma acetylcholine. Conclusions :The large,moderate dose of YangxinⅠcapsule was efficient in prevention of the ventricular arrhythmia induced by BaCl 2 in rats,equally to the propafenone tablet;The large dose of YangxinⅠ capsule can improve the efficiency of the β adrenoceptor blocker in inhibiting the secretion of the norepinephrine from the adrenergic nerve;YangxinⅠ capsule can reduce the delivery of norepinephrine from the adrenergic nerve,the impact amplifying as the dose enhancing.
