心可舒胶囊对犬心血流动力学及心肌耗氧量的影响

Effects of Xin Ke Shu Capsule on Hemodynamics and Myocardium Oxygen Consumption of Dog

目的:观察心可舒胶囊(XKS)对犬心脏血流动力学及心肌耗氧量的影响。方法:采用BL 410生物机能实验系统检测犬心脏血流动力学,同时测定冠状动脉的血氧含量。结果:XKS高剂量组可显著性降低犬心脏左室收缩压、左室舒张压、左室收缩末期压、左室最大收缩压,缩短收缩开始至最大收缩压的时间间隔,降低最大舒张压绝对值,与生理盐水组相比较有显著性差异,(P <0 0 5 )。结论:XKS可能通过缩短收缩期、延长心舒期、降低心脏前负荷。

Objective :To observe effects of XinKeShu(XKS) capsule on hemodynamics and myocardium oxygen consumption of dog. Methods :Cardic hemodynamics was detected by BL-410 biological function experiment systems,and blood oxygen content was measured at the same time. Results :Indices as LVSP,LVDP,LVEDP,dp/dtmax,t-dp/dtmax and ascended-dp/dtmax all significantly decreased in XKS capsule group,compared with normal saline group( P <0.05). Conclusion :Pharmacological effects of XKS capsule in treating ischemic heart disease may be partly through the shortening of systole,lengthening of diastole,decreasing of heart preload and afterload,and inhibition of myocardium contractility.
