HPLC法测定糖芥不同部位强心苷的含量研究

Quantitative determination of erysimoside from different places E cheiranthoides L by HPLC

目的:建立测定糖芥中强心苷含量的实验方法。方法:选用ODS -C1 8色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水-甲醇( 2 5 :60 :15 ) ,2 10nm波长检测,比较糖芥不同部位强心苷含量。结果:方法学考察表明,本研究建立的分析方法有比较好的重现性;不同部位糖芥的强心苷含量有差异,以种子的强心苷含量为最高。结论:该研究建立的分析方法简便、结果准确。

Objective: To establish the method for determining erysimoside in E cheiranthoides L. Methods :Using shim-pack CLC-ODS-C 18 column and a mobile phase containing acetonitrile:water:methanol(25:60:15).The analysis is detected by SPD-10A at 210nm to compare quantity from different places of E cheiranthoides L. Results :The methodological evaluation showed that this method had a good repeatability .Quantity for different place was different.Quantity of Erysimoside in seeds is the highest. Conclusion :The method proves to be simple and accurate,which is recommendable the application to determining active ingredients from Chinese herbal medicines.
