摘要 针对PTA装置扩容改造后生产实际,采取有效的节能降耗调控措施,最大限度地降低装置原料消耗和综合能耗。醋酸单耗从52kg降至46. 7kg,脱离子水从4. 1t降至3. 0t,综合能耗由198kg标油降至178kg,每年可创效益1 526万元。 According to the production practices after capacity increasing modification in PTA plant,the effective energy-saving and consumption-reducing adjustment measures were taken,the plant raw material and combination energy consumption was decreased to a maximum,The acetic unit consumption was reduced from 52 kg to 46.7 kg,the deionize water was reduced from 4.1 t to 3.0 t,the combination energy consumption was decreased from 198 kg of normol oil to 178 kg,the year benefit is fifteen million RMB $.
