The corroded conditions of high pressure absorption column in PTA plant were introduced and analysed in detail.After strength vertification,the corresponding anti-corrosion measures were put forward in the aspects of equipment improvement and optimization process operation.The countermeasures are improving the material quality grade,reducing the Br^-content in the reaction tail gas,dereasing the erode corrosion.The anti-corrosion results are satisfactory.
