本文就集团企业财务管理如何以推行全面预算为契机,创新企业财务制度,将财务管理的范围向企业生产经营扩展,提高集团财务管理的整体水平进行了探讨。
This paper based on group enterprise how to put general budget in practice in account management,innovated the enterprise account system,extended the scope of management in production and management of enterprise,discussed how to raise the whole account management level of group enterprise,discussed how to raise the whole account management level of group enterprise.
