透明质酸钠联合得宝松治疗膝部骨性关节炎的疗效观察

Combination of hyaluronate sodium and diprospan on osteoarthritis of the knee

目的 探讨透明质酸钠和得宝松联合应用治疗膝部骨性关节炎的效果。方法 169例膝部骨性关节炎患者随机分为2组:联合治疗组82例,在第1、2周采用透明质酸钠2ml和得宝松1ml进行膝关节内注射,每周1次,第3、4、5周则单纯注射透明质酸钠2ml,每周1次。对照组87例,膝关节内注入透明质酸钠2ml,每周1次,连续5周。两组均随访3个月。结果 在用药1周后至停药后3个月,联合治疗组总有效率为97. 6%,对照组为89. 7%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论 透明质酸钠和得宝松联用与单用透明质酸钠治疗膝部骨性关节炎均有疗效,但前者治疗效果更优。

Objective To study the effect of the combination of hyaluronate sodium and diprospan on osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods 169 cases of osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly divided into two groups,including 82 cases in combined treatment group,who were injected intraarticularly both 2ml hyaluronate sodium and 1ml diprospan at 1 or 2 week,once a week but only 2ml hyaluronate sodium was injected at 3,4 or 5 week,once a week,and 87 cases in control group,who were treated with 2ml hyaluronate sodium once a week for 5 consectutive weeks .The two groups were followed up for 3 months.Results The overall effective rates were 97.6% and 89.7% in the combined treatment group and the control group,respectively,1 week after administration and 3 months after withdrawal.There was statistical difference between groups in the treatment outcome(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of hyaluronate sodium and diprospan and hyaluronate sodium alone for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee can present effectiveness but the former is superior to the latter.
