摘要
从物质结构的基本知识出发,从而说明拉曼光谱直接反映了分子或晶格的振动、转动能级,由此说明拉曼光谱的广泛应用。重点讨论了拉曼光谱仪分辨率的重要意义,由能级间隔的数值,估计了不同研究对象、不同应用领域对光谱分辨率的要求。
This paper related a brief introduction of material structure, illustrated that Raman spectrum is a direct reflection for vibrational-level and rotational-level of molecule or crystal lattice, so expounded the wide-ranging application of Raman spectroscopy; emphatically point out the importance of spectrum resolution, by the level interval data, estimated the require- ment of spectrum resolution for different research object and different application field。
