摘要
测定污泥Zeta电位、化学需氧量(CODCr)及污泥比阻随时间的变化规律,研究了富含藻类水厂排泥水停留时间对污泥性质的影响,以及污泥性质变化对投药量的影响。结果表明,前24h污泥脱水性能恶化较快,污泥比阻由174×1011m·kg-1迅速上升至259×1011m·kg-1,24~72h污泥脱水性能变化不大;污泥在浓缩池内停留24h,调质投药量增加约5%;污泥上清液Zeta电位对污泥调质影响不大。
In waste water treatment process of water treatment plant, the rich contents of algae could complicate the treatment and disposal of sludge.In this study,by measuring the change of Zeta potential,COD_~Cr ,and SRF during sludge aging,the relationships of aging and sludge character, the change of sludge character and dosing were studied.The experimental results showed that during the aging process up to the first 24 hours,the sludge dewater ability worsened dramatically with the SRF soared to 259×10~11 ?m·kg^-1 from 174×10~11 ?m·kg^-1 ,nevertheless the sludge character had no obvious change in the next 48 hours;the 24 hours' sludge aging could caurse additional 5% dosing.The experiments also indicated that the change of sludge Zeta potential had no visible affect of the sludge conditioning.
