摘要
以轻金属为增韧相,以网络结构陶瓷骨架为增强相,利用有机前驱体浸渍烧失工艺制备出网络陶瓷骨架,根据液态金属浸渗理论充填金属材料,成功制备出一系列新型金属基复合材料,如Si3N4/Mg复合材料、Al2O3/Mg复合材料、Si3N4/Al复合材料。由于网络陶瓷预制体特殊的空间拓扑结构,使材料具有质量轻、高比模量、高比强度、耐热耐磨性好、高陶瓷相含量、低热胀系数等独特优点,作为新的功能材料或结构材料,在航天航空、汽车、电子、光学、机械制造等工业领域展示了广泛的应用前景。
In recent years,the research hotspot of metal matrix composites reinforcement was turning to network structure ceramic of MMCs.We had fabricated kinds of novel MMCs, including Si_3N_4/Mg MMCs, Al_2O_3/Mg MMCs and Si_3N_4/Al MMCs. These kinds of MMCs were reinforced by ceramic, plasticized by metal, using precursor immersing ablation technology and pressureless infiltration theory, having a light weight, a high specific modulus and strength, a high wear resistance and a high rupture strength and other fine properties. As one kind of novel functional and structural material, these materials had a wide using foreground in aerospace, automobile, electron, optics, mechanical manufacturing and other industry fields.
