摘要
针对投影管屏生产过程中,屏的内表面曲率难以控制的问题,开发了投影管屏凸模补偿成型系统。通过对试压管屏内表面测量数据的分析计算,系统生成了凸模修正后的目标曲面及修正凸模所需的数控加工程序。在数控机床上利用该数控程序对凸模进行修正加工,从而保证压制出的屏内表面的形状精度。阐述了系统的总体结构,网格划分对利用数学模型生成凸模曲面的影响,以及三种不同凸模修正加工方法。对系统进行了测试,并对补偿精度进行了验证。
In view of difficulties in the control on the curvature of the inner surface of CRT screen, we developed the compensation system for the inner surface shaping of CRT screen. According to the measured data of the inner surfaces of the trial-pressed screens, the system yields a target-surface of the plunger mold and the NC program which is needed when the plunger mold is modified. In this paper, the whole system structure, the influence of the grid layout on the shaping of mould plunger surface and three different machining method are discussed. Moreover, the precision of compensation of the mould plunger is listed.
