基于DataSocket和模式匹配的零件尺寸的远程监测

摘要 提出了基于IMAQ的模式匹配和DataSocket技术的零件尺寸检测方法,零件图像先进行二值化和滤波等预处理,然后确定零件被匹配的特征区域,特征区域进行模式匹配时要设置阈值,该值范围介于0~1000之间,IMAQ的匹配是寻求大于或等于最小阈值的匹配结果。IMAQ可以启动LabVIEW程序,DataSocket技术是LabVIEW实现网络化的核心技术。DataSocket写函数具有多型性,发布多种类型的数据,DataSocket读函数则接收DataSocket联结方式的数据。实验表明,在I MAQ和LabVIEW环境能够实现零件尺寸的远程检测。 A mothed for parts measurement using pattern matching based on IMAQ and DataSocket technology is presented, by image pre-processing of binary and filter, to set character region of pattern matching, specifies the threshold value for pattern matching scores, the data range is between 0 and 1000. Pattern matching finds a match if the score of the located pattern is equal to or higher than the minimum score. IMAQ can run LabVIEW, DataSocket technology is the core technology on network in LabVIEW, DataSocket write function is polymorphic and can be written more data types to the data input, DataSocket read function can read live data from a DataSocket connection programmatically. Experiment results that the proposed method can efficiently achieve parts measurement on network using IMAQ and LabVIEW.
