摘要
抗干扰是车床控制系统设计中的一项重要内容,它包括硬件抗干扰和软件抗干扰,软件抗干扰是对硬件抗干扰的补充,是一种经济实用的方法。文章分析了干扰的起因及后果,针对CK-I型车床闭环控制系统,提出了几种软件抗干扰的措施,包括数字信号的输入与输出、CPU的抗干扰以及关键数据的恢复。实践表明,这些软件抗干扰的措施简单易行、经济实用,提高了控制系统的可靠性。
Anti-interference is an important factor in the design of lathe control system. It includes hardware anti-interference and software anti-interference. Software anti-interference is the compensation of hardware anti-interference and is an economical and practical method. The causes and consequences of interference are analyzed in the paper. For model CK-I close-loop control system of lathe, several kinds of software anti-interference measures are presented, which include the input and output of digital signal, the anti-interference of CPU and the restoration of crucial data. The practice shows that these measures are simple,economical and practical, and the reliability of the control system is improved.
