摘要
文章介绍了轴瓦自动检测分选机中的可编程控制器(PLC)控制技术,分析了系统设计与组成,整个系统工作由自动进料、自动喂料、自动检测、自动分选四大部分组成。为满足生产过程对检测、分选的时间要求,自动喂料、自动检测、自动分选三个步序之间交叉工作,可提高检测、分选的效率。对检测结果进行记录与处理,对轴瓦进行自动分级分挡。文中还介绍了自动喂料、自动检测、自动分选工作控制流程图和PLC检测流程,叙述了PLC控制系统硬件、软件与控制电路的设计与实现方法。
In this paper, it introduces the control technology by the PLC for bearing thickness grouping machine, and analyzes the design and the component of the system. This system is consisted of four parts: automatic sending the material, feedstock, measurement and grouping. The cross working among the automatic feedstock, measurement and grouping can improve the working efficiency. This system can note and dispose the data of the measurement result, and automatically classify the bearing. It also introduces the flow chart of control, the hardware and software of the control system, and the design method of the control system.
