摘要
加工方法排序约束复杂、经验性强,是CAPP要解决的主要任务之一。文章提出了基于分层约束的柔性工艺规划方法,按设计过程把加工排序分为特征层离线规划和零件层在线规划,可以简化加工方法排序算法,提高算法灵活性。并通过实例说明了特征层离线规划的设计方法,根据零件特征之间的约束关系,通过引入AOS树作为特征加工顺序的组织方法,可为后序的零件层在线设计提供多种可选方案路线,为非线性工艺设计提供了必要的技术保障。
The operation sequencing is one of the primary mission solved by CAPP because of its complex dynamic environment. In this paper, the flexible process planning based on hierarchical constraints is put forward. The operation sequencing is separated into feature layer and part layer according to design procedure in order to simplify the algorithm of sequencing. With a example part, a design method of static planning is explained. According to the feature precedence constraints relationship, through the use of AOS tree to organize the operation sequence of feature, several alternative plans are supplied, which provide the necessary technique guarantee for non-linear process planning.
