CIMS中基于规则的产品数据管理的研究

Study on Rule-based Product Data Management in CIMS

随着企业信息化的快速发展,很多企业引入了CIMS,但是几个CIM组件之间庞大的数据交换成为难题。文章介绍了一种基于规则的产品数据管理方法,通过不同零件和不同BOM之间的数据交换动态地实现CIMS之间的数据管理,完成了不同CIM组件之间的数据交换,并且实现了对BOM工艺、加工计划的规划算法研究。该方法的实现可以把企业生产过程中所有与产品相关的信息和过程集成起来,统一管理,使产品数据在其生命周期内保持一致、及时更新。

Many enterprises have already introduced ERP and CIMS system with the development of enterprise information. But data transformation between several CIM components is very difficult. In this paper a rule-based product data management is introduced, which realized the dynamic generation of variant parts and variant bills of material. Exchanges of BOM data between different CIM components have been finished. Moreover, algorithms about BOM processing, operations planning have been realized. The method can integrate the all information and process of enterprises. It can make the product data keep accordance, update in time.
