摘要
对于制造型企业,车间管理是一个复杂的系统工程。车间管理系统设计的目的就是灵活管理产品的加工流程,跟踪生产线上的各种半成品,使得生产计划人员能够及时合理的安排生产,管理者能够随时查看当前的车间生产情况,以及操作者管理产品的加工。文章分析了车间系统的总体业务流程,结合物料编码、BOM、工艺路线等基础提出了相应的设计方案,使得车间管理系统能与ERP系统中其他各部分有机的结合起来,并根据企业的实际情况,进行了系统的实现。
For manufacturing enterprise, job shop scheduling is a complex systems engineering. It helps people manage production process, track semi-manufactured goods, arrange manufacture, and know shop production and process. This paper analyzes the operation flowing of job shop scheduling system as a whole. On the basis of particular expounding about materiel coding?bill or materiel?manufacturing routing, the paper gives the system structure of design project. It can compound job shop scheduling module and other parts in the ERP. On the ground of fact of industry, the paper also gives system actualization.
